Joy has also been and recognised by Computer Weekly and Business Insider as one of the most influential people shaping British technology in 2019 and 2020. In 2018, she was named as one of the 100 Faces of the Vibrant Economy by Grant Thornton and won the Institute of Directors Startup Director of the Year for London and the South.
